Is the Papers watch free?
Yes. Deadlines, Family, the monthly tidy-up and auto-filing are free. Having Raaya read and understand each new upload automatically ("Process uploads automatically") is part of Raaya Pro.
Where do the dates come from?
From your documents' details in Raaya: expiry, renewal and notice dates you entered, or that Raaya read from the upload when "Process uploads automatically" (Pro) is on.
Do my family members need a Raaya account?
No. You keep documents for the people in your world, such as children or parents, in your own account. Each reminder names the person it's for.
Will Raaya delete my documents?
No. Merging moves duplicates to Trash after every journey link has moved to the copy you keep, and you can undo it. A renewed passport is treated as a newer version, never as a duplicate.
What happened to Deadlines, Family and Vault keeper?
They are the three jobs of the Papers watch now. The lead times, the cancellation letters and the monthly tidy-up work exactly as before.
