Reads and files new uploads
When a document arrives, Vault keeper recognises what it is (passport, rental agreement, invoice, payslip), whose it is and which journey it belongs to, and files it. You control both switches: Process uploads automatically (Pro), and auto-filing (free).
Monthly tidy-up
Once a month Vault keeper looks for duplicates, newer versions, unreadable scans and unorganized files, and brings each as a proposal.

Is Vault keeper free?
The monthly tidy-up and auto-filing are free. "Process uploads automatically", where Vault keeper reads and understands each new upload, is part of Raaya Pro.
Will it delete my documents?
No. Merging moves duplicates to Trash after every journey link has been moved to the copy you keep, and you can undo it.
How does it decide which copy to keep?
It prefers the encrypted copy over a plain one, the copy linked to more journeys, and the newer upload. You can pick a different one before merging.
What if two files only look similar?
Tap Keep both. Vault keeper remembers that pair and won't propose it again.
Is a renewed passport a duplicate of the old one?
No. A document with the same number and a later issue or expiry date is a newer version. Vault keeper proposes archiving the old one instead of merging.
