Raaya picks the best copy
Encrypted over plain, the one linked to more journeys, then the newer upload. You can choose a different one.
Every link moves
Each journey step that pointed at a duplicate now points at the copy you keep.
The others go to Trash
Nothing is deleted outright, and the whole merge can be undone.

How does Raaya find duplicate documents?
It looks at the content, not the file name: identical files, a photo and a scan of the same page, and files with the same text are all recognised.
Will merging delete my files?
No. Duplicates go to Trash after every journey link is moved to the copy you keep, and you can undo the merge.
What about a renewed passport?
A document with the same number and a later issue or expiry date is treated as a newer version. Raaya suggests archiving the old one instead of merging.
How often does it run?
Monthly. Findings wait on your Today screen until you decide.
Is it free?
The monthly tidy-up and auto-filing are free. Processing new uploads automatically (reading and understanding them) is part of Pro.
