Files kept only on your device (Free) are protected by its storage encryption. Recognised text and key details stay in your private account so search and AI work. Web uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest.

No training on your data
Raaya uses Google Vertex AI, which does not train on your content. AI runs when you ask, for watches you turn on, and for automatic filing, which is on by default and can be switched off. For long documents, page images may be sent to the AI to read them (with your OK for encrypted documents); the AI provider doesn't store them.

You approve every suggestion.
Is Raaya free?
Raaya is free to start, with no credit card: journeys, templates, an on-device Vault on iPhone (documents on the web need Pro), letter explanations on iPhone, the Papers and Money watches and 20 AI credits a month. Pro costs €7.99 a month or €69.99 a year. It adds 200 AI credits a month, a 5 GB cloud vault, sync across devices, sharing with up to 5 people, shared costs, publishing templates and the World watch. Try Pro free for 30 days, with 50 AI credits. Business is for professionals who run journeys for clients: €29.99/month per agent seat, or €279.99/year (about €23/month). Clients join free, and the business tools are part of the 30-day trial. The store shows the price in your local currency.
How does Raaya understand my documents?
When you add a file, Raaya reads it with AI: the kind of document, names, dates, amounts and who it is from. It suggests where to file it, links it to the right journey, and turns dates like an expiry or a notice period into reminders. You can correct anything.

Can I share a journey with my family or a professional?
Yes, with Pro. Invite up to 5 people to a single journey: a partner, a parent, an architect or a bank. They see that journey's steps and files and nothing else. Pro can also publish a journey as a template and share the link.
