Get started freePhone contract: cancel by 14 March
It renews for 12 months on 14 April. The cancellation letter is drafted with your customer number. Review, sign on screen and download the PDF.
Why it matters
Deadlines reads them and reminds you early enough to act, with the next step attached: the renewal checklist, the appointment link, or a cancellation letter ready to sign.
Lead times that fit the paperwork
A passport needs months; a warranty needs a few weeks. Deadlines reminds you at these points before the date:
| Document | Reminders before the date |
|---|---|
| Passport, visa, residence permit (travel IDs) | 180, 90 and 30 days, plus once after it expires |
| National ID card, driving licence | 90 and 30 days |
| Certificates and other dated documents | 60 and 14 days |
| Insurance and contracts (renewal date) | 30 and 7 days |
| Notice periods (last day to cancel) | 30, 14 and 3 days |
| Warranties | 30 days |
What Deadlines catches
- Renewals: passports, visas, residence permits, ID cards, driving licences.
- Notice periods before auto-renewal: gym, phone, streaming, insurance, rental. Deadlines works out the last day your cancellation must arrive, the German Kündigungsfrist included.
- Insurance renewals and warranties about to end.
- Missing yearly documents: the statement or certificate you get every year that hasn't shown up yet.
From reminder to finished letter
The letter opens in Raaya's letter editor. Sign it on screen, export a PDF, send it, and keep the confirmation in the same journey.

Get started freeQuestions and answers
Is Deadlines free?
Yes. Deadlines is free for everyone.
Where do the dates come from?
From your documents' details in Raaya: expiry, renewal and notice dates you entered, or that Raaya read from the upload by Vault keeper when "Process uploads automatically" (Pro) is on.
Why remind me about my passport 180 days ahead?
Many countries only let you in if your passport is valid for months beyond your stay, often 6 months, and renewals can take weeks. 180 days leaves time for both.
Can it write the cancellation letter?
Yes. For contracts with a notice period, Deadlines drafts the cancellation letter with your details. You review it in the letter editor, sign on screen and export a PDF.
Does it cover my family's documents?
That's the Family agent: the same deadlines for the people in your world, such as a child's passport or a parent's insurance. It's free too.
