Can travellers see each other's documents?
No. Someone invited to one sub-journey sees the trip's title and progress, never other travellers' steps or documents. You as organiser see all of them.
Can I reuse a trip for next year's group?
Yes. Copy the journey with its sub-journeys; Raaya re-dates everything from the new start date and clears done states and payments. Collaborators are off by default.
What does it cost?
Travellers join free. The Business plan is €29.99/month per agent seat, or €279.99/year (about €23/month), and the business tools are included in the 30-day free trial.
