Schengen visa clients, one shared checklist each
- Updated: 2026-10
A Schengen file is the same list every time, and still one missing bank statement can cost an appointment. Give every traveller the checklist as a shared journey: they upload into the right step, you see what's missing, and Raaya keeps an eye on passports and deadlines.

How Raaya runs it with your client
The Schengen checklist as a shared journey Available now
Start from the Schengen from India template; each document sits under its step, so the client uploads into the right place.
One sub-journey per traveller Available now
A family of four gets four sub-journeys. Each traveller sees only their own; you see all of them, with what's left and the next deadline.
Passport validity flag Available now
Raaya flags a passport with less than 6 months left, before you book the appointment.
Letters explained Available now
If the consulate asks for more documents or refuses, the client snaps the letter and reads it in their language, with the deadline.
Batch document requests with checks Available now
Ask for passports, photos and bank statements in one go; Raaya checks photo spec, flags a passport with less than 6 months left and checks the bank balance against the amount you set.
Ready-made checklists
Each checklist opens as a free page with the steps, documents and official sources; start it in Raaya with one tap.
More for travel agents
- For travel agentsRun each client's visa file as a shared journey: ready visa checklists, access per traveller, all documents in one place, updates in their language.

Questions
Can Raaya tell me whether a visa will be approved?
No. Raaya keeps the file complete and on time; the decision is the consulate's. The checks it runs are about documents and dates, not about the outcome.
Can my client use it in Hindi?
Yes. Each client reads the journey, chat and notifications in their own language, Hindi included, while you work in yours.
What does it cost?
Clients join free. The Business plan is €29.99/month per agent seat, or €279.99/year (about €23/month), and the business tools are included in the 30-day free trial.
